I know it’s super unlikely as a path for the story, but I think if he manages to get rid of the rebels, maybe secretly take one or two hostage, then get Grace’s dad to officially adopt her, he could force her to marry him. His brother could marry the woman he was supposed to marry, and eventually maybe they could have a happy ending. Once she figures out her compatriots gave up on her immediately and that she’s part noble, she might be less driven to support the revolution, especially if giving in could save those she cares for.

I will give you a spoiler the item he got the doctor used on in the earlier eps wont work and she will have a bump that is the key to all the things and yeah this guy loves grace so much. Also grace was never involved in anything which he will know later on but I guess it will be probably 100+ chapters
